Here are a few things to know about:
1. Wayne Hasenbalg, the president and CEO of the New Jersey Sports and Exhibition Authority will be the featured speaker Tuesday at 8 a.m. at The Greycliff in Moonachie during an “Eggs and Issues” breakfast with the Meadowlands Regional Chamber of Commerce.
2. Produce and floral experts from Stop and Shop will partner with garden educators at the Bergen County Zoo on Tuesday at 11 a.m. to teach youngsters between the ages of 8-13 how to plant a vegetable garden and care for the earth.
This event will take place in the farm area of the Zoo at 216 Forest Avenue in Paramus.
3. A hearing in Superior Court in Hackensack continues Wednesday in the condemnation proceeding involving both Bergen and Passaic Counties and a Wallington property owner.

4. The Bergen County Freeholders have a 4:30 p.m. work session and 7:30 p.m. public meeting scheduled for Wednesday on the fifth floor of the County Administration Building at One Bergen County Plaza in Hackensack.
No word yet on the agenda, but one possible topic is a task force to help develop a policy for Sheriff’s Officers to wear body cameras.
5. The Bergen County Improvement Authority holds its regular monthly meeting on Thursday at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Learning Center on the fourth floor of the County Administration building.
